I have one suggestion. I needed to wait for ten minutes or so for my cab. Might it be possible to provide a couple of comfortable but firm chairs in which to wait rarther than perching on bar stoolsMore infoScott's MayfairPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Mayfair•4.8

Tucked away and effortlessly chic, this spot delivers every time—food, service, and a vibe that makes you want to linger. The crispy polenta with aioli and Parmesan is a must-order. Think golden, crunchy perfection paired with creamy indulgence. The black pepper butter cabbage was a revelation—simple, yet so flavourful you’ll wonder why you don’t eat cabbage like this every day. We also went for the Hartgrove coppa—silky, rich, and the perfect nibble to go alongside their expertly crafted margarita. The burrata with roasted pumpkin and pickled red onions balanced earthy, creamy, and tangy notes beautifully. And just when we thought we were done, the fried choux pastry with burnt honey caramel arrived, a dreamy end to a fantastic meal. Service was lovely, as always—attentive but unfussy. Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink (their cocktails are excellent) or settling in for a feast, you’ll leave feeling a little brighter. Don’t let January keep you in—treat yourself, order the polenta, and toast to a bit of fun-ary.More infoBar CrispinPrice: Expensive• Modern European• Soho•4.3
- LLukeVIPLondon •7 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI like this restaurant a great deal. The ingredients are always fresh and the choice of dishes seasonal. This time, I had an Italian beef stew. My colleague had skate. Both dishes were superb. The bread was as good as ever. I’m very glad that I discovered this place when I started working in Soho.More infoAndrew EdmundsPrice: Expensive• Modern European• Soho•4.7
- SSYVIPLondon •62 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024This is our regular place to go for tasty dim sum and efficient service. Seating is generally pretty spacious compared to other dim sum restaurants - didn't have to listen to other diner conversation. Good location - not too far to walk to nearby Marylebone, or a little further along to Oxford Street.More infoBright CourtyardPrice: Very Expensive• Chinese• Marylebone•4.5
