I was visiting Etéreo from another resort and just being able to look out to a view from the restaurant was also in awe of itself. Itzam is definitely contributing to the idea of staying at etéreo next time. I can’t imagine what the other restaurants have to offer. My only complaint however was the service. Our server didn’t seem to know much about the menu and couldn’t really answer for any of the dishes. When asked what was in the tasting menu he was clueless as to what was in it and he seemed like he was under a good amount of stress. We also asked about an ingredient within the burger which was the chili as stated per the menu and asked for that not to be in the burger. He then continues to look at us and the menu and states that he didn’t even know that was on the burger.
