Mole is the acid test for a Mexican restaurant because it is hard to get right and when it is, it's fantastic. So was the mole at Mole, a sauce apparently prepared in Mexico and flown in. Unbelievably creative cocktails, very attentive after, and really interesting Mexican menu. Taco appetizers were good, but the other dishes - mole enchilada and guava paste tostada - were exceptional. And the cocktail were so good we skipped dessert to indulge in one more round.
