Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings are a must. The Mac n’ Cheese wasn’t very good in my opinion, it’s more dry than creamy/ cheesy. I also really liked the Thai Shrimp. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I’d recommend sharing 3 items for 2 people.

Wow! Presentation is everything here. The entire meal from seating to drinks to ambience was perfect. It felt like an elevated experience for the average American. The shots were strong and on point! My favorite was the coconut shrimp served in a cigar box. So classy! This will be a must do on trips in the future.

The best steakhouse in Las Vegas, and I have eaten at a lot of them. Staff training is evident in the amazing service you receive. Elias, who we request every time we visit, is one of the best waiters we have ever experienced. The steaks are great, tender, and have lots of flavor. The wine list is excellent, too. I have been visiting several times a year since it opened and will continue to do so. I recommend Bazaar Meat to everyone that asks me where to eat in Las Vegas.

Hostess was fantastic very welcoming and fun. The drinks were good food was good. We paid for the experience not sure it was needed but the shots were good that the bar tender made us.

Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.
