We really enjoyed our dinner, the food was good, the staff was all friendly, and the overall experience was a fun time, we will definitely be back someday.

Jaleo never disappoints, I have been to many Jose Andres restaurants and the food consistency and quality is on point. Amazing service from our server Gabriel. We did the tasting menu and he explained every dish with their stories very nice touch. Management is also very attentive, if you havent try Jaleo you must check it out and do the tasting menu! Happy hour is amazing! The "get them all" set gives you a chance to taste everything, which is perfect because everything is so good! (We also ordered the fried alligator out of curiosity, but it just tastes like popcorn chicken with a gamey smell. Not really worth it imo unless you just want to be able to say you've eaten gator meat)
