Best Tapas Restaurants in New Castle

Scott our server was PHENOMENAL!! His customer service was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about the food, wines and best recommendations to enjoy dinner. Additionally, he was so kind and really seemed to enjoy his work. Just the best experience that we have had at Amada EVER! Jenny the manager was also wonderful, she checked on our table and made us feel warm and welcomed. What a genuinely lovely person! We can’t wait to visit again!! Thank you.

We decided to sit at the bar and have tapas and a nice bottle of wine. Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful bartender/ server (Juan I believe?) was knowledgeable about the wines and cuisine. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tapas is such a fun way of dining because you can try so many things!

The food was excellent, which it always is at Garces restaurants, but the service was above and beyond this visit. My waiter, Alex, was very helpful with making decisions on what to eat and drink, he was very knowledgeable of the menu, and steered us in the right direction every time. Highly suggest the lamb turnovers and the squid ink paella, they were absolute highlights of the evening. And if you like mushrooms, the mushrooms were almost played a starring role even alongside all those meats and seafood.

Loved our dinner here to celebrate a birthday. Its a great option for dinner in the city - excellent service, food, ambiance and very reasonably priced. The cocktails are out of this world, which we knew, but we also LOVED the food. Our server was so knowledgeable and professional - totally took care of us. It was a very fun night.
