Best Tapas Restaurants in Cypress

We had a delicious meal and loved the restaurant. There’s so much flavor in the food. The tapas style of dining is so cool and works well for us. Cannot wait to visit again.

Our waitress was wonderful, food was delicious (weren’t impressed by the caprese compared to the rest of the food), ambience was romantic yet lively - loved the saxophone player. Thank you!

Went to COPA for our first time on Valentines Day. Glad we made a reservation but they were doing an excellent job of trying to seat people without one. 6:45 was perfect. By 8:00 it was as very busy. Crowded. Tried various tapas and all were good. Beef empanadas as well. The cinnamon roll dessert topped with ice cream was a little crispy on the bottom but it didn’t stop us from eating it all! The staff was very helpful and Shannon the kitchen manager made sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Will definitely go back and try something different from the menu. The musician added a nice touch but at times it was hard to have a conversation. I would definitely recommend you give it a try though.

This is fine dining. If you want wonderful dining experience with outstanding food…this is the place. It is small and has a welcoming atmosphere. They had a special menu for Valentine’s Day but the lamb is THE. BEST. I haven’t had anything that was not good! We went to tapas night and it was fantastic! I love it all!!

Good was very good. Service was a bit slow. Had to ask for things several times like water, napkins, condiments.
