Best Sushi Restaurants in Corona del Mar

Excellent! Excellent!! Excellent! I mean the views!! Does it get any better?? On the food side, you always know what you are getting at Nobu but our experience at this location was beyond excellent because of our server! Arisa was AMAZING! She knew her stuff from cocktails to food to specials of the day to desserts! She was attentive and polite and professional! She is the perfect server! (and this comes from a previous server and trainee for high end restaurants) I loved her! On the food side we ordered a lot of items as there were 6 of us, edamame, rock shrimp, tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri, yellowtail hamachi, spicy tuna crispy rice, soft shell crab roll, tuna roll, the special they had of Amberjack with shaved truffles! ( so good!!) and black cod miso of course!! For dessert we had the yummiest Xurros and a whiskey cream something or other… everything was outstanding! I cannot wait to go back!

Enjoyed a Sunday brunch with some friends. Love that they have options and not just eggs or pancakes, which I’m sure are very good but the chicken sandwich was great!

The overall experience was extremely good. However I did place a reservation in advance in hopes to avoid the wait time but still had to wait. And then another wait on food as well. But because of the wait they offered complimentary ice cream.

Food was excellent. We highly enjoyed every small plate that we ordered. Our favorite was the beef sliders. And when you take the Opium hour pricing into account, it was a very good value. And because the restaurant offered us this great value, we will return for sure to show our appreciation.

As always, dinner was unbelievable. Every member of my family chooses Sushi Roku for their special occasion and every single time, it is unbelievable. It is the most consistent experience we have at any restaurant. The food and service is incredible. We truly order the exact same thing every time which you would think would get old but it doesn't. We start with Miso soup and edamame. Then we have the Brussels Sprout chips and Shishito Peppers. We close out with a lot of orders of yellowtail which truly could count as dessert, albacore, spicy tuna Hanabi and a Tuna Jalapeno roll.
