Best Sushi Restaurants in Beaver Creek

Came for a birthday dinner with my wife and enjoyed this experience above all others. We ordered the crispy chicken dumplings, truffle salmon, and wagyu beef hot stone to start. All were great. We decided against the chef’s combination since we wanted to pick our rolls and get more pieces for the same price. Everything was fresh and tasted incredible. Fruit toban yaki for desert was delicious and the perfect way to end the evening. We enjoyed the dinner and the excellent service provided by Edgardo who was fantastic.

Always an enjoyable dining experience at Sakaba. The Wagyu beef is always one of our favorites, as is the Lobster tail and warm rice. The staff is always attentive to our needs, with great courtesy and professionalism. As locals this is one of our favorite places to dine and have never been disappointed.

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend kenichi Aspen.

Max was a phenomenal server. Made great suggestions, let us know about happy hour pricing and was very attentive to our group throughout the whole meal. Sushi was spot on and the fish tasted fresh and flavorful!
