The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. My wife and me were there to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Our server, Dylan, was very attentive and friendly. We were met at our table by the manager Tiffany and the regional manager Craig to welcome us and to wish us a happy anniversary. Craig presented us with an anniversary card signed by all of the staff which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Our food was amazing! Overall, it was a wonderful evening. This is the third time we have visited Hyde Park and it's been a great experience each time. We would definitely recommend the restaurant, well done! We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at The Keg. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and he provided great recommendations that made our visit even better. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in regularly without being intrusive. Great service all around.

We had the best clam chowder ever. The lobster was amazing and the fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Our server was a consumat professional and a very knowledgeable and friendly person. It's always a treat to dine at Neros Steakhouse.

Couple things…they offer no valet parking. You have to park across the street for $20. We ordered 2 appetizers- Calamari and Ahi Tuna…both very good. I had the Sea Bass and my daughter had the Crab Cakes which were both very good. Unfortunately, my wife ordered the brick chicken which was overcooked and dry and offered zero flavor. Our waitress didn’t realize that my wife ate less than 10% of her meal and honestly wasn’t really attentive all night. I’d go back, but I’d sit at the bar and not order the chicken.
