We have been dining at Iavarone’s for decades. Always a real pleasurable experience. We have been there for many birthday & anniversary celebrations. We have brought many family visitors & local friends. Recommend it a lot. Great food. Excellent service both at the bar & in the dining areas.

I REALLY liked Flemings’ previous Tampa location, as it was more of a low a key calmer dining experience. Having said that, the new Tampa Flagship location is also very good. New location service is impeccable. New location is EXTREMELY loud inside vs the older previous location. Regardless, service and food is GREAT!

The best steak ever! We ordered the Ruth’s Classic three course dinner and it was perfect. My mom loved the lobster! Portions are generous and our waiter Chris was friendly and attentive. The dining room was lovely and it was easy to have a conversation. The prices are expensive, but you know that before going. Perfect for a special occasion!

I had heard amazing things about this place and when the opportunity arose to be able to actually get a reservation on Christmas Day with a regular price menu, we jumped at the chance! Everything is true - endless hunks of a dozen or more meats - steak filet, sirloin, roast beef, leg and lamb chop, chicken Parmesan, sausage on and on ! We definitely got our monies worth and then some ! Additionally there is a lovely salad bar and hot bar with soup and mushrooms in gravy that is the perfect accompaniment to the steak ! Also mashed and fries and cheese buns are bought to your table ! For an additional charge there are several generous size portions of delicious desserts to choose from - that is if you happen to miraculously still have room ! Coffee cappuccino and latte are also available! Their wine and cocktail offerings are also excellent! I would recommend you go at least once bc it’s a unique dning experience but make sure you go hungry bc it’s a lot of great food and you want to sample as much as you can ! Emily waited on us and was charming ! I definitely recommend it if you love meat prepared to perfection !

This year, for the first time, I decided to skip the cooking and cleaning on Christmas Eve and take my family out to dinner. We chose The Capital Grille, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the restaurant’s elegant and classic steakhouse ambiance set the tone for a special evening. Our waitress, Cat, made us feel completely at home—her warm and attentive service added such a personal touch to our experience. We started with wine and cocktails, which were perfectly balanced, and the calamari was simply delicious. The freshly baked bread was a hit, too! For our entrées, we ordered filet mignon, the Kona crusted strip, truffle fries, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms. My husband and I dine out fairly often, and we agreed the steak was exceptional—cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. My in-laws, who don’t go out to eat often, said it was the best steak they’ve ever had! This was such a treat for our family, and we can’t wait to go back.
