My dear companion now uses a cane and walks quite slowly. The valet noticed and actually drove him around to the front door where I met them having come down the stairs and secured our reservation. On leaving a member of wait staff lead him out a side door to the curb while I brought the car around. They made the night of my dear's birthday even more wonderful than just the dinner. But the topper is that I did not finish my dinner; it was beautifully packaged and placed in a black take-out bag for me. I forgot the bag when leaving the restaurant. I was walking down San Vicente, and I heard someone calling my name. It's Quentin, our waiter, bringing me my leftovers. Amazing, above-and-beyond-service.
