Greeted by James our server who proceeded to explain the specials, showed off the meat tray of the various cuts etc. All very nice quality. We got some apps to share; crab cake, shrimp, zucchini. Mains were filet, NY strip and porterhouse. The meats were tender and delicious and they include sauces if you prefer that. Overall the ambiance and food was great and would highly recommendMore infoRare, the Steak HousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Little Falls•4.7
- LLisavipNew York City •52 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a beautiful dinner tonite. Oceanos is a beautiful, serene and elegant restaurant with gracious hosts and servers. The fish is the freshest and perfectly prepared. The fagris was delectable in red pepper coconut sauce with crab meat over a vegetable risotto. My husbands halibut and lobster tail was equally tasty and presented so specially. We had expertly prepared cocktails and after dinner martinis and they served us tasty Greek butter cookies that were scrumptious. Thank you Oceanos for this lovely dinner.More infoOceanos RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Fairlawn•4.8
- KKevinNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 4, 2024Spent my birthday at Fleming’s, booked as the restaurant opened and treated myself to a quiet solo dinner, one of the nicest I’ve ever had. New York is practically empty this time of year, everyone is traveling, so the restaurant didn’t fill up very quickly which was nice. I was waited on by two kind gentlemen who helped me with the menu and I ended up drinking a Manhattan and went straight to my entrée, Surf and Turf (steamed lobster tail and petite filet mignon with béarnaise), and a side of Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Bacon, along with a glass of Moscato. It was excellent, and was the highlight of my day and I wonder about making it a tradition… we’ll see. Thanks so much!More infoFleming's Steakhouse - EdgewaterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Edgewater•4.7
- EEdwardNew York City •32 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 2, 2024We were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. This was a Monday night. We arrived just before 6 pm and there was a table of Two who were already served. The other table had 8 people and had not been served yet. The service was quick, attentive and friendly. Our drink order was taken immediately and then a nice basket of bread. Our server was great the entire evening. We shared a large meatball as an appetizer. Our entrees were the roasted chicken and the Alaskan King Salmon. The only problem was the kitchen was very, very, very slow. Our waiter kept us updated. There was about a 45-50 wait for our entrees. This was a Monday night with only one table ahead of us. The wait was worth it because our meals were excellent. This is a small restaurant/bar. The dining room really isn't separate from the bar area. I feel this is more a bar/pub than a restaurant. My wife and I always make reservations through open table and have listed our birthdays and wedding anniversary every time we make our reservation. Tonight was the first time we weren't greeted with "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Anniversary." It's really no big thing but we were there on a Monday and there weren't a lot of people. It's a nice touch to get the greeting so that was our only disappointment of the evening.More infoVolino's Meat Market Steak HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Wayne•4.5
