Entrees included the poached lobster cooked to perfection and the delicious grilled scallops. Dessert was topped off with scrumptious blueberry bread pudding. Best food. Best atmosphere. Best chef.More infoThe Northport HotelPrice: Expensive• American• Northport•4.8

- JJaimeVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoInsignia is by far my favorite restaurant! Tonight we dined with my in-laws. They complicate every dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was kind and patient with them. He was attentive to their requests and needs and made for an amazing experience. They enjoyed themselves as did I. The food was excellent like usual. Wine and cocktails wet the pallet. We started with the calamari which has a delicious miso lime vinaigrette- sooo delicious. In addition, we had the applewood smoked bacon. That was a lovely experience watching it be torched tableside. Our appetizers were comprised of wedge salads, Caesar salad, and tomato and mozzarella. Filet mignon was cooked to my desired temperature, while the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese added to the richness of our plates. Let us not forget the cheesecake and donuts!! Cappuccino and hot tea to end a deliciously perfect meal! Thank you Anthony for a quality experience!! I’ll be back with friends!!More infoInsignia Prime Steak & SushiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Smithtown•4.7
- LLizNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 19, 2024I enjoyed my lobster bisque which was creamy and not too salty and also the chicken milanese was very tasty. However I didn’t enjoy the desserts. Creme brulee needed a harder sugar shell and the lava cake needed the ooze factor which was missing. I would’ve enjoyed it more had it been more fudgy but instead it was too cakey.More infoIL Toscano Seafood & SteakPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Commack•4.1
