Fabulous all around - cocktails, toasted ravioli appetizer, chicken Marsala, chicken Parmesan and crème brûlée. Our server Lupe was very attentive and friendly. Look forward to another visit in the future.

Steak 48 in Chicago made our 15th anniversary an unforgettable evening! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting. Allie and her incredible staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our experience was absolutely perfect. The meal was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the stone crab, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. For our mains, we enjoyed the 45-day dry-aged ribeye and the filet—both cooked to perfection with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that showcased their exceptional quality. The king crab legs were a luxurious treat, and the side dishes were just as impressive. The au gratin potatoes were rich and creamy, the creamed corn was perfectly balanced, and every bite was bursting with flavor. We finished with the key lime pie that was the perfect ending to a flawless meal—refreshing, tangy, and just sweet enough. Steak 48 is a true gem in Chicago's dining scene. The only bad part was that MJ himself was not there tonight. But everything here was amazing. The Jump man martini was great, and the fillet mignon was cooked to perfection (medium rare). Try the mashed potato’s, you get to try 3 different kinds. And the staff was friendly and attentive. Over all, great experience.

Steakhouses in Chicago are a dime a dozen which makes it hard to choose one over the other. Mastro’s has never disappointed. They check all the boxes and do so to be among the top 5 in my book. Thanks to the crew there for helping my family get out the door quickly for a play last night!

The entire experience was wonderful. The steak and chips were made to perfection. The sides are generous for sharing. Our server Grace was attentive and knew the menu beautifully. Her descriptions of the Chop House offerings were like listening to gastronomy poetry. The bar staff was kind enough to shake up a cocktail request that was not on the menu. Victor had made sure our experience was at the level that the management strives to deliver, which they did. It was a wonderful Christmas Eve memory.
