Gibsons is one of my favorite restaurants in the city! My recent visit was nothing short of exceptional. I started with an Old Fashioned, which was perfectly crafted. My wife and I shared a loaded wedge salad, a New York Strip, and a double baked potato – all of which were delicious and cooked to perfection. For dessert, we indulged in a cookie with ice cream, paired with a glass of 20-year Tawny. The evening was made even more special by the fantastic piano player, who added a wonderful ambiance to our dining experience. Highly recommend!

I came here for my husband’s birthday dinner. The food was phenomenal - we got steak, the whipped potatoes and the decadent Mac and cheese. For starters we got soup, my husband loved the clam chowder however the French onion soup I got was a bit too sweet for my liking. One thing I will say is the soup could have been hotter, it was lukewarm. Otherwise the rest of the food was perfect. Steak was cooked to perfection. The ambience was wonderful and very romantic. The service was a complete 10/10. We really enjoyed it. It is a very expensive restaurant but I do feel like you get what you pay for.

The food and service were absolutely impeccable. We ordered pasta/broccoli/chicken dish and the filet trio. Presentation was nice and the quantity and quality of the food was excellent. The pasta and filets were cooked to perfection. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They represent the brand well and could not have been more accommodating. We definitely appreciated their personal touch while serving us in making recommendations. You won’t be disappointed and we highly recommend you try Coppolillos. We will surely be back. Ciao’
