Great restaurant and steakhouse. Waited only 15 minutes to be seated after reservation time on Valentine's day. No waiting area or seating for customers. Valet was very congested. It was a great surprise that the valet cost was not as expensive as we expected which was good. Great surf and turf special last night. The food was excellent. No recognition that it was our anniversary and I was disappointed. Open table asked the occasion for the reservation and clearly stated anniversary. I think this was because it was intertwined with Valentine's day. Other than that, everything was great as far as the food.

The lunch menu is very reasonable and delicious. My wife had lobster bisque, a filet mignon and mash potatoes, I had a wedge salad, filet mignon and mash potatoes. The lobster bisque was excellent, nice chunks of lobster. The wedge was terrific, the steaks perfectly cooked and had a nice flame kissed crust on them. Service was good. Very reasonable price at $32 per person.

From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what would become one of the most memorable nights of our lives. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our evening special. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were perfectly cooked and rich with flavor. Every dish, from the appetizers to the decadent desserts, showcased top-tier ingredients and masterful preparation. What truly sets Pappas Bros. apart, though, is the experience they create. This was the place where I proposed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the moment unforgettable. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made an already special night even more magical. We had four different dishes (two steaks and two types of fish. ALL were delicious. I really don’t think you could find anything that wasn’t outstanding. The one thing I would change is the noise level. They might refer to it as energetic, I thought it was a little too loud. Made it necessary to speak louder and it seemed like a competition. No a huge problem but not a quiet romantic dinner. A matter of taste. Great experience.
