- KKevinLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI normally do not take the time to leave reviews but Jason and the Capital Grille staff deserve to be applauded. This was my second experience dining here and one of our steaks happened to be overcooked. I hate being that person to send food back but ultimately decided it wasn't going to be enjoyable as is. Jason and the team immediately fixed the issue without any hesitation and went above and beyond to make it right. They brought out extra sides while the new steak was being prepared and even provided a gift card for the price of the steak as we were paying our check, non of which was asked for. My first experience here the steak was cooked perfectly and this time my girlfriend's was cooked perfectly so it seems like it was just a one off mishap. Besides correcting the steak issue Jason was just awesome at what he does and seems to enjoy the work that he does. He gave us some great drink recommendations and made my girlfriend's birthday dinner a great experience. We will be back for sure!More infoThe Capital Grille - St. Louis - ClaytonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Clayton•4.8
- JJustinIowa •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was the first time I have eaten at the Tenderloin Room. Typically we stay at another hotel closer to downtown that has another steakhouse located in it. The food was better here, and the service felt more personal. I would recommend the Tenderloin Room to anyone looking for a great steak and an enjoyable dining experience.More infoThe Tenderloin RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Louis•4.7

- SStuartvipIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024Service was very good— a little slower service than I’d prefer, but Meredith and other staff members were friendly and attentive the entire time so it was worth it. We were celebrating our five year anniversary— multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary and our dessert was comped… what a nice touch!! Pork belly app was delicious. Bone-in ribeye was well-seasoned, a little under temperature we ordered (med rare) but it was cooked nicely and fat was rendered so we ate it and very much enjoyed it. Mac and cheese with lobster addition was good but next time I would probably leave off the lobster, it was tasty enough without it. And the seasonal veg (braised kale with sweet potato) was excellent. Bourbon bread pudding was the highlight of the meal, so so good!! We will definitely be back!More infoHamilton's Urban Steakhouse and Bourbon BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Louis•4.8
