    The food was good I wish they had an option for garlic butter for the steak sauce… and the mashpotatoes were not worth $18. Small portion no flavor. Steak was beautifully cooked and able to cut the filet with a fork. French onion was very good!

    It was our first time at this restaurant however, our family members had been there before and recommended it for Christmas Eve dinner. Perfect evening!! All of the staff treated us like family and were happy to have us there. tried several sushi and appetizers. The size of the maki rolls was unbelievable and the flavors outstanding.  we had a picky eater among us and we were shocked at the things he tried and the things he liked from tartare, to foi gras and even bone marrow, so impressed.  Cocktails were absolutely loved by everyone …. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve phenomenal… we’ll be back!

    We were there on Christmas Eve to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday (on her actual bday) and the wait staff did such an amazing job. Our glasses were never empty, we never had to ask for refills. Our meals were delivered fairly quickly and the table was setup with a card and birthday confetti. Such attention to detail. The restaurant was busy, but you would have never known until around 6pm. Side note: When I was making the reservation, I was told there would be over 500 people in and out on Christmas Eve. Naturally, I was thinking the restaurant might lose its charm with all of that noise; but it never did. It was again, one of the best local dining experiences for our family! Thank you Capital Grille - Hartford!!🩷

    As usual, dining at David Burke’s is always an incredible experience. I had the lobster tail and filet special. It was delicious and cooked to order. My husband had the sea bass, which was a light meal, but excellent as well. We also had a dessert martini flight to finish the night. It was a unique dessert, which was wonderful. I liked that they had a special Christmas Eve/ Christmas menu. Although pricey, I would highly recommend dining at David Burke’s.
