The waitress was honest and knowledgeable when we asked for his input while ordering steaks. I ordered the Kobe cap medium rare and it came out rare, but it was still delicious. Johnny made our night and treated us like royalty. The drinks were so complex and innovative. The food was delicious. The best steak I've had in a LONG time.
