- MMichikoSt. Louis •13 reviews4.0Dined todayHigher dollar eateries are graded on a more challenging scale. Overall - very good again, and we will be happy to come back! Minor points to improve on: The miso glaze sea bass was more teriyaki than miso (good, but a little disappointing due to the incorrect labeling). Likewise, the "sticky rice" was nothing of the sort - try your regular jasmine rice. Again it tasted fine, but not an asian sticky rice at all. My wife had the daily special sea bass which was good, but a little under seasoned and the presentation was that of a home cooked meal - not one you don't mind paying a premium for. Lastly the creme Brulé had very little caramelized sugar glaze. All these points are minor, but if not improved back to your normal outstanding standard, will have us thinking the value/quality isn't sufficient to continue paying a premium for. Now to be fair on the plus side - both fish dishes were cooked to perfection (which is why we will always give you guys first crack)! And the lobster bisque was outstanding! And the rolls..... oh my, the rolls!!!! Ganbatte kudasai!!!More infoBristol Seafood Grill - Creve CoeurPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Creve Coeur•4.7
- AAprilSt. Louis •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTop items: lamb, polenta cake, complimentary champagne, crackling fire, and a kind and intuitive server named Angie, who really made our experience relaxing. The food is all upscale rustic, I mean you're getting lobster tails and filet, but the sides aren't too rich and the pie crust is crumbly, the ice cream is local, it's like eating at home but much better. They also have a variety of seating options, so I highly recommend for groups, date nights, and families. There's a reason they've long held the reputation as one of the best restaurants in town!More infoAnnie Gunn'sPrice: Expensive• American• Chesterfield•4.9
