Some steak restaurants have good steaks and robots that serve you. Some have bad steaks Charleys was amazing. Everything was delicious The bread, salad, potatoes and steak was exceptional. Tiara, the manager,Steve and Chris were over the top wonderful conversationists and were attentive to make my experience the best Don’t miss this gem of culinary excellence if you are in the Orlando area. This was a first visit, but there will be many more. Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. The innovative Caesar Salad was delightful, and you should save room for the dessert soufflé.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Orlando and I’ve dined at the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. Johnny was amazing. He was attentive yet not intrusive. He gave amazing recommendations and made my 5 year old feel like a princess. The Sea Bass was delicious as were the scallops. We also ordered the Short Rib lasagna which was equally as good. This was an amazing meal that we raved about later. I highly recommend visiting Firenze and ask for Johnny!
