- JJamilvipChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy husband and I enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving dinner yesterday at RPM Steak. The entire experience was top notch. From the ambiance to the service to the cocktails and wine to the delicious food to the meticulous timing and orchestration, we could not have been more impressed. And unlike last year at Prime & Provisions (excellent food and service as well), we were not limited to a rushed 90 minute seating. To the contrary, everything was leisurely, calming, and paced to our liking and comfort. Now on to the food. We both started with the harvest salad, which was tasty, zesty, and refreshing. Followed by possibly the best lobster bisque soup either of us have ever had. For our entrees, my husband had the halibut and I had the turkey (roasted white meat, fried dark meat). Both were superb. High quality ingredients and skillful preparation. The meal also included three sides. The mashed potatoes and bread stuffing were outstanding, the green bean casserole was just okay. Perhaps for future Thanksgiving meals, they may want to offer patrons a selection of five or six sides, for which each table selects three. For our desserts, my husband had the carrot cake and I had the pecan pie (or rather, we shared both). Oh my. Talk about yummy and delectable! Chicago would be well-served if RPM Steak opened a bakery next door. All and all, our first visit to RPM Steak was exceptional and memorable. All the more to be thankful for on Thanksging day.More infoRPM SteakPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• River North (Chicago)•4.7

- CCarynvipChicago / Illinois •81 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoStefani's is my new favorite spot. This was my fourth visit since October 18th. We tried a few new items this time: the tuna crudo is amazing! The friend calamari is so light and fresh....the caper aioli is delicious! All our entrees were fantastic: chicken parmesan, short rib ravioli, ravioli pera (oh my gosh!!!), pasta aragosta, and my favorite: the seared tuna (extra rare is my favorite way). Our desserts were perfect to finish the meal: the cookie skillet was warm and gooey and delicious....the bread pudding was WOW! Mike was our server and there is no one better! We have been lucky enough to have him for each of our four visits. He is so attentive. He offers excellent suggestion when asked! He KNOWS the menu inside and out!More infoStefani PrimePrice: Expensive• Steak• Lincolnwood•4.8
