- EErikaLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWent to Joey’s for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was an overall pleasurable experience. Our food was delicious! We ordered the Joey Classic Steak and both of our steaks were cooked perfectly! Not only that, but they were served fast which was amazing given that it was a Saturday night. I only had two complaints. First, I’m not sure if the champagne up front is complimentary. I’ve seen some reviews saying that it is. Regardless, we were not offered any. Second, (this isn’t for the restaurant staff) I’m not sure why some parents think that Joey is an appropriate place to take their kids. Some kids were well behaved, but others were jumping all over the booth and getting their hand prints on the divider glass. It’s not an enjoyable experience watching a child almost topple over the customers in the booth behind us. Not every restaurant is meant for children, specifically toddlers, and I feel like Joey is one of them.More infoJOEY Manhattan BeachPrice: Expensive• American• Manhattan Beach•4.7

- LLornaVIPLos Angeles •32 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of the best Valentine's Day steak dinner! We started with the marinated octopus and tomato as the appetizer, followed by a main course of an 8 oz. Filet Mignon for each of us cooked to perfection covered with fresh shaved truffles, sides of creamed spinach and truffled mashed potatoes. This restaurant located in a strip mall in Lomita is a gem of a place! Service is very attentive, cozy atmosphere. They do not have a full bar, only wine, beer, and sake. Although it is a bit pricey, they have a much better quality overall than some of the other high end steak houses. They for sure are much better than Flemings which I feel has gone down hill in my many years of eating there. This will become my favorite steak house from now on! It is conveniently located with a great menu!More infoThe Steak LibraryPrice: Very Expensive• Meat• San Pedro•4.7
- DDeanLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur service was outstanding. Ray was personable and friendly but not overly attentive which is exactly what I like when I want to talk to my wife while eating out. The food was great and I enjoyed the overall quality of the restaurant. While it was for a Valentine Day dinner it wasn’t anything but nice and enjoyable without being tacky or exaggerated. Will absolutely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.More info555 EastPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Long Beach•4.8
- SShelbyEast Tennessee •3 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 2, 2025I visited during restaurant week, everything was great. There were two mixups with our order, but they were quickly fixed. I believe this is just due to the high demand they had going on during this time. I would eat here again.More infoTamaen Japanese BBQ - LomitaPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese Speciality• Torrance / Carson•4.6
