Most ordered off the regular menu and we were delighted. One ordered the turkey and dressing meal and felt it was okay. We will return!More infoEmbersPrice: Expensive• Steak• Cincinnati•4.8

Everything came out on time and hot and delicious. I will say the salads are a little heavy on the dressing but overall it was a 10/10. The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was incredible. Will be back !More infoThe PrecinctPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Hyde Park•4.8
- KKellyChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe happened upon Jags by pure happenstance tonight, the night before Thanksgiving, while traveling to family for the holiday. We were stuck in traffic on 75N and decided we didn’t have it in us to make it all the way to Fort Wayne. 11 hours for a normal 6.5 hour trip is just ridiculous. We booked the Staybridge and I booked a bar reservation at Jags thanks to reviews here, not even realizing it was in the same parking lot! What a fortunate surprise! From walking in the door, to our experience with Dan and his colleague, a lovely gal with rooster earrings, but I can’t recall her name for the life of me, everything was absolutely phenomenal!! The crab bisque, filet and crab cake, the sides, the CARROT CAKE! The espresso martini the Weller CYPB…all of it top notch! Don’t even hesitate or question it. Just go!More infoJag's Steak & SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• West Chester•4.9

- LLaurenvipKansas City / Kansas •13 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 21, 2024Everything about Alara wowed us! One of my dearest friends was in town to visit and we are both foodies! I had heard great things about Alara from other friends, so we decided to try it. I'm so glad we did. The valet parking is so nice, especially since the weather was snowy the night we dined. The atmosphere is elegant and beautifully done. No detail was overlooked. The service was impeccable. Askia, our server, was delightful...so knowledgeable. Everything he suggested was outstanding. We ordered a bottle of wine to complement our dinner choices and that enhanced the meal even more. Portions are large and perfect for sharing. I took home quite a bit for leftovers which was a huge bonus. If you love beets, the beet and goat cheese salad is a must! For our entrees, we chose the Lobster & Butternut Squash Carbonara and Seared Sea Scallops with Brussels Sprouts & Butternut Squash as our vegetable side dish. All were exceptionally prepared. The Carbonara had a very generous amount of lobster so you got some in every bite! Askia recommended we save room for dessert, and I'm glad we did. We had the Creamsicle Cloud and Chocolate Espresso Torte. The Cloud was the most beautiful dessert I've ever seen and it was equally light and elegant. The Torte was beyond rich and decadent. The Prisoner bottle of wine was delicious with the entire meal, but especially that rich chocolate dessert. Cincinnati is fortunate to have some fabulous restaurants, and Alara is one of them. It is a must for a special occasion or an evening of pampered perfection.More infoAlaraPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakley•4.6
