Best Steak Restaurants in Bürgel

Great creative food, reasonably priced wines, attentive service, nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend. Portions in the a la carte menu seem a bit too huge. But all very well prepared. The tartar was a bit too heavy on the wasabi - could not really taste the meat. All other food - perfect!

I started my evening with an extra dry Martini. I mean what else does one order at a restaurant with the name Golden Eye?! We just served in Frankfurt and wanted a rooftop experience, the view at sunset was spectacular. They have a nice outside area but it was a bit too cold to sit there. I'm sure in the warmer weather it's delightful. My cocktail was absolutely perfect. We had the truffle gnocchi with celeriac which was beyond divine followed by branzino over a bed of saffron fennel that somehow felt like a light risotto. For dessert we chose white chocolate brownie which was really an olive oil cake with hazelnuts and pistachios complemented with a fennel sorbet with blood orange slices. The wines were also outstanding. For someone who eats out every week, this was one of the best meals I've had EVER! from the food to the service and ambiance- TRY THIS RESTAURANT TODAY!

Atmosphere and food here are absolutely amazing. Staff was very much willing to communicate with us in English, I’m learning German but some language concepts are still difficult for me so it was very nice that they were very accommodating to communicate in English. We had the steak and Pommes and both were absolutely amazing. We will be returning again for another meal!

Amazing food. Superb service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

The friendly staff was very helpful in choosing the meal that matched our taste and hunger level. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, and the herb butter enhanced the steak flavor. The Mac and cheese was a very generous portion, creamy and tangy satisfied my appetite. The canola was good, light and flaky crust and very rich and intense filling.
