Best Steak Restaurants in Healdsburg

Another fabulous experience at Coles. Scratch that.. it was damn near perfect. No details overlooked this evening. Brian did a fantastic job taking care of us as we celebrated our son’s 22nd birthday. Crazy to think we have been going to Coles since before he was born!

Lauren was our stellar server! Excellent is one word. Albi and Isabella where the backups for our table and between the three we wanted for nothing. Smart, professional service you’d expect. We had a challenging couple next to us and Lauren handled them with aplomb. We highly recommend dinner here. Thank you, Lauren, Isabella and Albi. Also, we had a drink before dinner at the Whisky Bar (fantastic night views of downtown) and Coy the bartender made two excellent drinks. That was followed by drinks at the lobby bar courtesy of Edgar and a wonderful young woman whose name sadly escaped my addled brain. Again Coy, Edgar and the young woman were really welcoming and served great drinks. Onward to the Dino g room and what a festive and fun evening with great food, great ambiance and superb staff.

A former colleague told us about Ember and how much she enjoyed her experience, so when we had friends visiting from out of town, we made reservations. Everything about our experience was fantastic. Everyone on the staff was professional, yet very warm, and knowledgeable about the food and beverage and suggestions. Ambiance was lovely. The cuisine and beverages were delicious - truly. And I will not hesitate to return and to recommend Ember to our family and friends!

The staff and owner were very attentive to my dad and our party. It was his birthday, and making it special at his age was important for it to feel memorable. They did great, and the food was delicious on top of that. Even Santa showed up to share blessings and good cheer. Thank you for making it special.
