Best Steak Restaurants in Garden Grove / Westminster

We had an awesome server by the name of Lann. She was very friendly and checked with us often, to see if we needed anything or if our food was to our liking. The other servers who delivered our food was also great and efficient (sorry I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names). The food was great, we both ordered the petite filet mignon and the crème brûlée was the perfect end to our meal. A shout out to the staff at the front desk and the guys at the valet stand who all were efficient in their jobs as well as greeting us with a smile and friendly service. This was my first time dining at Craft by Smoke and Fire, and I can honestly say it was the best barbecue I've ever had. The flavors were absolutely amazing, with each dish cooked to perfection. The meats were tender, juicy, and packed with smoky goodness, and the sides were the perfect complement. Every bite was a true delight. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their incredible barbecue!

The Hostess was extremely kind while I was waiting for my date. She confirmed my reservation and seated us as soon as my companion arrived. The food is always fabulous, and our waiter was very attentive. The Sea Bass is one of my favorite choices, and my date really enjoyed her Jambalaya over rice. Would be very happy to return.

We booked a midafternoon lunch on a Sunday via OpenTable, so it was very easy. Plenty of parking, checked in at the front desk, as instructed, and we were greeted by a friendly young lady who explained what the facility had to offer and where we were permitted to roam on the property, as we were nonmembers. We were each provided a purple wristband, indicating to the staff our one time membership status. Having a shooting range indoors, obviously safety is their top , as it should be, and it shows. We were guided through their downstairs area and directed to the staircase leading to the Top Deck Restaurant. An elevator is also available, if needed. Since it was between lunch and dinner time, the place was pretty empty, so we were told by the waitress to simply sit wherever we wanted. It was a covered area so we didn't have the sun shining in our faces, so it was quiet, cool and breezy. Eleanor was the only server during the time we were there, but the service did not suffer one single bit. She was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu, as well as their various ingredients. She kept our water glasses full without our having to ask. She was also kind enough to inform us that they were only serving from their brunch menu at the time, but that at 3:00pm they would be able to offer a wider range of items. We appreciated her letting us know, but we had already decided on a couple of sandwiches which happened to be on both menus! My girlfriends ribeye sandwich was delicious, along with her side salad, My truffle burger was tasty, as well, although a tad overcooked, as I had requested medium rare and there was zero pink inside the patty. The French fries were battered, so they had plenty of crunch and flavor. The heated brownie with vanilla ice cream served in a cast iron skillet satisfied our sweet tooth. All in all, a very good lunch at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back to try their dinner menu! And Eleanor made a huge difference with our experience!
