From walking in and being greeted with a warm smile to the beautifully decorated restaurant we knew this could be special. Once seated we shared salad and shrimp appetizers. Both great. The warm bread and dip were excellent. For dinner we shared the veal parmigiana and the tableside truffle pasta. Insanely good. The staff works seamlessly and not overbearing. Nothing overlooked all evening. The maitre d ' walks the room and makes you feel like an old friend. We shared stories from St Martin to life in general. Anthony and his staff are 2nd to none. We look forward to celebrating more delicious times at Maiella again. Happy New Year!More infoMaiella - LICPrice: Expensive• Italian• Long Island City•4.6

The menu was varied and delicious, the cocktails refreshing and thirst quenching, charming and welcoming ambience, impeccable service and great management. A special thank you and shout out to the gregarious and generous Manager, Mr. Michael Moss! The Manager from the other DB restaurant who was there, the charming and affable Brian. And our special hostess par excellence, Lisa! They each contributed to making our Christmas evening unforgettable and so delightful. Our second very special Christmas there!More infoDavid Burke TavernPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Upper East Side•4.5

It would have been a plus if the waiter told us that we were ordering to much food for the four of us. A little expensive.More infoBLT PrimePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Upper East Side•4.6

- DDanielNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 27, 2024Food is 5 star. Service is 5 stars. Everything is appropriate for a 5 star rating … except… one thing…. When I bring a special bottle of wine in for my birthday… don’t charge me $45 for a corking fee! $10 is standard. $25 is upper tier… $45 is stupid. Seriously that’s my only complaint. I go to Christos because it is superb quality. I am fine with paying more for high quality. But $45 for a corking fee… not reasonable.More infoChristos Steak HousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Astoria•4.7
