Our original reservation had us in an undesirable spot within the restaurant compared to what I normally sit within the restaurant. We met with the manager to give him our feedback on the seating. He immediately surveyed what was available and moved our party to an available private room with two other large parties. It was perfect. The manager was very considerate of our continued patronage to Bourbon but also the day’s importance being Christmas Day. They serve love on a plate at Mastro’s! The staff is always warm and welcoming when I return. Preston, the manager stopped by the table to insure everything was satisfactory. David & Steve were very gracious in greeting us. Stefan provided excellent service throughout the evening. It is a pleasurable experience dining at Mastro’s each and every time.
