We were in town for a long weekend and found the Wharf online. A great atmosphere and the food was… AMAZING! We could not go wrong - the crab cake, seafood special, lobster ravioli, and succotash were all so good, and the price wasn’t bad either. Staff was very sweet and brought out cheesecake for our Anniversary as well! Highly recommend if you’re in Alexandria.

Pleasantly surprised! Wanted to go because of the historical aspect but was expecting more of a tourist experience with mediocre food. What we discovered was a unique experience, friendly service, fun atmosphere and incredibly good food! Can’t believe I have lived here this long and not been before. The view of the Potomac from our table was inspiring and from a distance we could see fire works display. It went on for about 5-6 minutes and several customers in the restaurant enjoyed it. Our waitress, Niyah, was funny and amazing. She made awesome recommendations and she made our anniversary dinner a very fun event. Our drinks were very good. The personalized menus were a surprise and we will cherish them.. thank you Chart House. The only con I would have about the entire Chart House experience is that the food was not seasoned. I do not like a lot of seasoning and I understand that restaurants lightly season their food because they are serving many customers but this food ( lamb chops and steak) had no seasoning. It was not lightly seasoned. It was no seasoning.
