We started with the **Seafood Tower**, which was a showstopper. Impeccably fresh oysters, jumbo shrimp, king crab, and lobster were artfully arranged and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to quality and freshness. The **Lobster Fried Rice** was an unexpected highlight. The balance of tender lobster, perfectly cooked rice, and subtle seasoning made it both comforting and luxurious. A must-try side dish that could easily steal the spotlight! For the main course, the **Charcoal-Grilled Black Bass** was simply divine. Cooked to perfection with a subtle smoky char, the bass was tender, flaky, and beautifully complemented by its accompanying flavors. The service was exceptional throughout the evening, with our server offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we felt cared for at every moment. RPM Seafood delivers on every level—impeccable food, stunning presentation, and flawless service. Fioretta - Anniversary Celebration From the moment we arrived, Fioretta provided an unforgettable dining experience. Our evening started with a warm welcome from Gio at valet, who set the tone for the night with his professionalism and kind words. The front host greeted us with a smile, and our server, Gordon, delivered exceptional service throughout. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delectable, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for our special day. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere, Fioretta is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We had a 7:15 reservation and were told to wait at the bar for our table. We waited for about 30 minutes at the bar and checked back in at the host desk - Sam apologized for the delay and offered us a free round of champagne and a few appetizers to get us started at the bar. Once we were seated, the service was very quick and attentive. We had the calamari, spinach & artichoke dip, fries, artichoke, burrata as starters. Everything was amazing! The star of the show was the complimentary dessert Sam sent - the lemon butter cake. We all agreed it was the best dessert we've ever tried. Loved our experience and thank you to Sam for making our experience better!

It was packed tonight! And the reservation time was delayed a bit so we waited at the lovely bar. The hosts and hostesses kept coming by with updates and what a lovely surprise to have been sent appetizers on the house to make up for our wait. Besides excellent food, Gibson’s Italia is unmatched in terms of how they care for their customers !

Great location and environment. Less stuffy than some Chicago steakhouses. Nothing really all that different on the menu, but everything was done really well. Might be the best steak I’ve ever had. Beet salad: Amazing. Bacon: Incredible. Sides: All exceptional. Didn’t leave room for dessert, maybe subconsciously to give us a reason to return.
