Best Southern American Restaurants in Delaplane

Been to their brunch before. The buffet it amazing! Needed to check out dinner this time. Catfish and grits and the collard greens! Chefs kiss!

My friends and I had a really nice time here. The music was amazing! The service by our waitress Ayanna was superb. The food was hit or miss unfortunately. The catfish nuggets were really good as well as the fried okra but I had the chicken fried chicken and it was really fatty. Several of my friends had the mac and cheese and no one finished and said that you start. It could have been a lot better. Only one of the six of us loved her meal and she had the pecan chicken and waffles which I tasted and it was delicious! The drinks were really good as well. In all, the vibe was great but the food could've been better

WE totally enjoyed our time at Yardbird. The food as great and our server, Anthony was the best, along with the staff that assisted him. I look forward to returning again soon.

This was my first visit here and I chose it because of its gluten free options, which they had more than average. Everything we ordered was delicious. The fire shrimp appetizer, the lobster bisque, the lamb chops, the crab cakes, the potatoes au gratin, and the star, the flourless chocolate cake. I didn’t have high expectations but was pleasantly blown away and I can’t wait to come back here the next time I am in town. The service was a little spotty and slow but like I said, I’ll be back and can’t wait to try more gf items! What a gem in the middle of Fairfax!

Jazz brunch was a nice way to start a Sunday. Music, food and service were all great. I look forward to future events at Earp’s. Definitely a wonderful addition to Old Town Fairfax.
