We have enjoyed Elliotts for years BUT- the new menu….OUTSTANDING! Already booked to go back over the Holidays. The Short Rib Risoto was delicious. The portions are generous..Our server, MacKenzie, always makes the evening extra special and the whole staff is top notch. Great evening..

This isn't my first Ashtens review and it won't be my last. We are regulars who bring out of town guests here every opportunity we have. We also go with local friends and it's even our favorite date night place! Gracie was our server tonight. She is an exceptional server and is just the sweetest thing ever! We ate our usual - Ashtens salad, Verlasso Salmon, and Crispy Duck. Our food was prepared perfectly - something we never question when coming here. You guys never disappoint! Kudos Ashtens! Carolina Brewery Pittsboro is a true delight. They have a variety of different menu options that fit most everyone’s taste. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well as rotating specials. The wait staff are all personable and attentive. CB Pittsboro is a neighborhood gem. My friends who drink beer appreciate the many superb offerings. The wine menu while relatively limited still has something that matches your general preferences. Really hard to go wrong at CB Pittsboro. Great local establishment.
