- JJillVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI made Christmas Eve reservations for my husband and myself. Everyone from the hostess, to the food runner, and the our waitress were fantastic! We did have reservations and were seated upon arrival. The appetizers were excellent, we enjoyed the fried shrimp and the deviled eggs. For dinner, my husband had the rockfish special over house made fried rice, and I had hoped for the short rib dinner, however, it had just sold out so I opted for the New York strip dinner and substituted the sweet potatoes and the other side for the wasabi mashed potatoes and cream kale, which were superb. The portion sizes were great, I even came home with leftovers to enjoy the following day. For dessert, my husband ordered a slice of carrot cake to take home, which was outstanding. I can’t wait to return. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for a memorable Christmas Eve.More infoEurasia Cafe & Wine Bar - Virginia BeachPrice: Expensive• American• Virginia Beach•4.8
- CCarolynVirginia •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe service was outstanding, the food delicious (seafood quesadilla - must have seafood when you dine here!), the colonial ambiance adds to the experience as Berret's restaurant is located near the College of William & Mary and Market Square in Williamsburg, Virginia. If you love oysters, this is the place to dine. Heads up: make a reservation as this is a very popular restaurant for visitors and locals.More infoBerret's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Williamsburg•4.7
- IIrisVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoShirley's is the best thing that has happened in Old Towne Petersburg in a very long time. The food is superb, the service is wonderful and I cannot wait to go back. I have been there for lunch twice and I highly recommend the tomato bisque that comes with a delicious mini cornbread and the new "composed salad" is outstanding, especially with the southern buttermilk dressing. Desserts are unique and so tasty. My favorite part of the meal each time was that I had coffee with warm cream. I have never had that at a restaurant before. Service is outstanding and atmosphere is so nice. I highly recommend Shirley's for lunch. I love it!More infoShirley’sPrice: Moderate• American• Petersburg•4.8
