- JJohnSan Francisco Bay Area •48 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is a down home kinda restaurant that is very good at what it does. When you're in the mood for Southern (or even Cajun/Creole) cooking, come here! We enjoyed blackened catfish with corn muffins and other delicious sides. Already want to come back to try some of the other sides they offer, hushpuppies, and - for a real indulgence, maybe after a trail race someday - fried chicken and waffles! Our server was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. She seemed to truly enjoy providing Southern hospitality.More infoHard Knox Cafe on Clement StreetPrice: Moderate• Southern• Richmond District•4.8
- BBVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •134 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024We ordered drinks, which came promptly and were good. Both of us had jambalaya. It was quite tasty. The show started somewhat late, so we had time for another round of drinks. Once the show started, and during and after the show, service was less available. It took us a bit of time to get our check, but we were able to chat with the performers, so it was fun. The parking discount at the Mason-Ellis garage worked out well. We highly recommend Biscuits and Blues for dinner and a show! We'll definitely be back.More infoBiscuits and BluesPrice: Expensive• Southern• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
