419 West was opened to the public in May of 2002 by Roger Neel Jr. and Al Pollard, the same operators that started Corned Beef and Company and Frankie Rowland's Steak House. My forth time eating here. Three of us had the same entree, the saracha salmon. It was very good! Done just right, served over mashed potatoes which were a tiny bit cool but still ok. Our waitress was attentive and gave us space to visit and enjoy some wine.
