Best South American Restaurants in Temple Terrace

Date Night tonight. Thoughts: we were seated within 5 minutes after arriving (even though we were 15 minutes early). The place looks high end and was very clean. It is a touch loud but once you settle in you understand the noise level is because everyone is having a sensational dinning experience. Service was incredible!! Heather & Auggie were an amazing team who were flawless! Food was delicious. We had the fillet w/truffle butter, prime NY Steak, loaded mashed, mushroom skillet, and the cookies & ice cream. Each dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection....5 star all the way. My only criticism is that we were seated across from each other and could not sit close together (which is my preference). Meat Market is now officially in our rotation...See you again soon

Fantastic, fun, quick work lunch...in and out and everyone was full and had a great time.

We treated our son to dinner, as a Christmas gift, at Terra Gaucha during our visit to Tampa. I made the reservations before our visit after reading all the exceptional reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The manager stopped by several times to ask if we needed anything. The buffet was a meal in and of itself. The lobster bisque was incredible. The meat and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Terra Gaucha in S Tampa.

Pleasant atmosphere and service. We ordered ravioli and parrilla beef grill. The serving size said for two on the menu, but we found it will serve four. It comes on its own little serving grill and it was delicious. One cut had a lot more fat than I prefer, but the ribs and the skirt steak were excellent. Not a pretentious place, but it is cozy and quiet and we enjoyed our New Year’s Day celebration there. I’d definitely come back. There is more on the menu for me to try. The ravioli was amazing and the empanadas were presented with a dough braid and egg wash with a yummy beef filling. The details made the difference. Quality and affordable Venezuelan kitchen. I’m very pleased!
