Our reservation was for 7:00 but were told they were running 15-20 min behind. The bar area was full and it took awhile to get our beverages. We were under the impression that there was a dress code for the dining area, yet so many people were in jeans and very casual attire and allowed into the dining area. That was disappointing as we were expecting a higher end atmosphere. The food was exceptional, as usual. Our server, Eric, was very attentive and apologetic that our main course took so long due to over-cooking of the filet. Eric suspected something was wrong and immediately addressed it with the the kitchen staff. It was worth the wait. Our appetizers were great and helped to lessen the tardiness of getting the entrees. Food came out quickly, and our server was able to recommend what sauce I should get with the elk special. We also got a free dessert when they learned we were celebrating getting married the day before. Our waitress came introduced herself and went over the specials as well as our drink order our food came at a reasonable time even though it was the Friday before Christmas and there was not a seat available I had the seafood sampler which was very tasty my friend had the pasta special which I was told was very good !!
