We were a party of 2. The hostess did not have our reservation however I had a confirmation email. I was quoted an incorrect price for the blue crabs. No adjustments were made to our bill. The waiter was apologetic, very nice & efficient & attentive. Blue crabs were amazing as expected, but corn & potatoes were lukewarm warm and not well seasoned. This was my 3rd visit to the restaurant and twice I had issues either my bill. I cannot complain about food quality & freshness . I’ll be back. P. S. Management should be more accommodating to the customers

My wife and I treated a long-time friend who was in Maryland for Christmas. All of us thought the food was excellent. The BBQ Baby Back Rib serving size was ENORMOUS. I took half of them home for another meal. My wife's single crab cake dinner and my friend's Atlantic salmon dinner were just the right size. Our server, Mary, was a gem: friendly and efficient. The only problem we had was our entrees were served - NOT by Mary - well before my wife and I had finished our Soup and Salad, respectively. A closer attention to timing will be appropriate.

The parmesan bread is soft and flavorful, while the cornbread, with its subtle hint of jalapeño, adds a unique twist. It’s hard to resist asking for a second basket. Their Negroni is nothing short of perfection—expertly balanced, showcasing the classic cocktail’s rich and sophisticated character. It’s the ideal pairing for any dish on the menu. The tuna steak was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly seared and paired with a ginger ponzu sauce, it delivered a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The lobster claws were another highlight—simply spectacular. The freshness and quality of the seafood, paired with flawless preparation, made them an absolute treat. Finally, the Key Lemon Pie was the perfect way to end the meal. Creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness, and a perfectly crisp crust, it was an unforgettable dessert. We were fortunate to be served by Megan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more delightful. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our visit. In summary, Joe’s Seafood is not just about excellent food—it’s about a complete dining experience, elevated by impeccable service and a refined atmosphere. A must-visit in Washington, D.C.! Dinner was excellent, as usual. Service was great, and we had a good time visiting family. A few vegetarian options on the holiday menu would be nice, but otherwise absolutely terrific.

The food was very very good! My friend & I both had the firecracker salmon The portion was ample & well prepared. You can never go wrong with the Bluestone salad! On a very busy night everything was was excellent
