Best Seafood Restaurants in Mission

Not our First time at Hy's... But what made it remarkably special was being served by Dino. Truly a kind and wonderful professional server.. Witty and on point.. Dino made up the tastiest Caesar salad we've ever had, the second tastiest was when we dined there a couple years ago. Dino made that one too.. Beef steak Tartar was very tasty too.. As was the shared Porterhouse and the shared Rib-, Eye both done to medium rare perfection.. Sides were very tasty too... The Room, the excellent food and musical ambience was fantastic.. But what really anchored it was the top notch attentive service by Dino.. Thanks Dino, and your manager who Dino brought over to meet us and of course the rest of the Hy's team...

The staff are always friendly and attentive, making sure you’re well taken care of. Despite it being Christmas Eve and the restaurant being full, the service was prompt, and the food arrived hot. I had the Escargot as an appetizer, followed by lobster tails for the main course—both were cooked to perfection. I also tried the house-made Kegnog, which was absolutely delicious. A wonderful dining experience all around!

We had the best experience at Modern Steak. The best Manhattan's we've ever had and the meal was fantastic! Delicious, grilled to perfection steaks (filet & rib eye) and sides (mashed potato, mushrooms, white bean), wine and complimentary port at the end of our meal. We are from Ontario but will be back when we visit Calgary again!

Six of us had a lovely dinner with great service from the greeters and our server Pipes and her colleagues. The food and drink were as good as always the sound levels allowed for great conversation.

We had not been in since they renovated about 6 months ago. Very welcoming interior, well designed to break up noise. A mix of booths, tables, and bar seating. The chairs all have well padded seats. A nice repreive from the many places with minimalist metal/wood furniture. Our group of 4 all ordered different items off the happy hour and regular menu. The kitchen got them out quickly and they were all very tasty. Good value on the Happy Hour and Regular menu. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed for "Trivia Night" which was well orchestrated and a lot of fun. Not as noisy as Earl's up the street and a better standard of servers.
