Best Seafood Restaurants in Maple Lawn

This was our first visit to Bushel and a Peck, it was quite enjoyable. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed, and the service outstanding. We liked having a carafe of cold water on the table and the fast refills of our drinks. The entire experience was really wonderful and relaxed. We'll be be back.

Food, ambience and service was amazing. The hush puppies were a surprise favorite. Oysters were delicious. All of the staff were amazing and friendly. Our server Nathan was so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Another place that will be on our permanent rotation of restaurants. We saw so many other dishes that we can’t wait to try.

From the moment you walk in, the attention to detail and spotless environment make you feel welcomed and valued. The meal begins with their famous bread basket, which is a true standout. The parmesan bread is soft and flavorful, while the cornbread, with its subtle hint of jalapeño, adds a unique twist. It’s hard to resist asking for a second basket. Their Negroni is nothing short of perfection—expertly balanced, showcasing the classic cocktail’s rich and sophisticated character. It’s the ideal pairing for any dish on the menu. The tuna steak was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly seared and paired with a ginger ponzu sauce, it delivered a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The lobster claws were another highlight—simply spectacular. The freshness and quality of the seafood, paired with flawless preparation, made them an absolute treat. Finally, the Key Lemon Pie was the perfect way to end the meal. Creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness, and a perfectly crisp crust, it was an unforgettable dessert. We were fortunate to be served by Megan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more delightful. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our visit. I love this restaurant. The mains were a little late but the manager came to apologize before I could say a thing and offered free dessert. Just the acknowledgment meant everything. Food is fantastic. I will absolutely be back many times.

Our waitress was excellent and very patient with us as we trying to decide and made some changes was we were ordering. We were a party of 5 ladies all in our seventies!I don’t remember her name. Also we had a male sever take our pic and he did a good job.
