Best Seafood Restaurants in Washington Avenue Coalition / Memorial Park

Went with another couple on a cold rainy weeknight. Due to the weather the restaurant was only half full. The free valet was a very nice convenience, too. Everything we ordered, all family style and shared (5 kinds of oysters, fried chicken, gumbo, tuna torta, and shrimp dumplings) was outstanding. Our drinks (an old fashioned and a passionfruit gin cocktail) were delicious. Dessert was a nice treat, a giant “order how you want it with as many toppings as you want” sundae that three of us chose to order, each made our own way. All in all, it was a great evening with great food and great friends.

Perfect anniversary dinner. The staff were extremely friendly, our server Courtney was a delight, and the food was absolutely incredible.

This is one of the best new restaurants I dined at in 2024 and I believe it’ll remain as one of my favorites in 2025. You can tell that this restaurant is laser-focused on the quality of the food and customer services. The atmosphere at glance could be casual, but it’s also elegant thanks to the attention to the details. Food is excellent and you can appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. Once you eat at MF Lobster you wouldn’t want to eat seafood anywhere else.

We had a great time celebrating my coworker's graduation! Our table was decorated for the occasion and our server, Sammy, was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to her tables. Food was excellent as always. Thank you for making this occasion a wonderful dinning experience!

My wife and I decided to step in and were able to quickly get a reservation thru Opentable, and then we were met by the General Manager, Eric Kresse, who made the evening amazing. His kind attention and personal attention was incredible! If you stop in at this location, ask for Eric and you will not be disappointed!
