Best Seafood Restaurants in Fort Collins

Fabulous meal in a lovely, comfortable setting. Food was outstanding—the potato/parsnip soup was creamy and delicious. The potato/goat cheese beignets and crab cakes were both fantastic appetizers. Two of us enjoyed the Sunday Coq a vin special. Others enjoyed the tagliatelle and the scallops. We were sad that we were too full for dessert! Excellent, welcoming service. We look forward to our next visit!

This Valentine’s Day was truly one to remember. I took my wife and daughter to celebrate love, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was a special treat from Chef Jason himself—an exquisite Potato Mille-Feuille, served as a sample before our starters. Every visit to Chimney Park is a delight, and it remains our favorite date spot. The exceptional service and outstanding cuisine never disappoint!

Went during happy hour and the menu items are wonderful. Order it all. Love the hook platter with a variety to share with the fabulous wedge salad. One of my favorite drinks is the infused ginger martini. Great place to go! Highly recommend.

Valentine's day, people were waiting 3 hours so we were glad we had reservations. Food was excellent, scallops were cooked perfectly. Was happy that the hush puppies are back after all these years, so that was a fun retro treat. Everyone was cheerful and friendly throughout. -1 on ambiance, both of the seat cushions in our booth were ripped through with the stuffing showing.

I had the Chicken entree and my friend had the salmon. Both were delicious! The old fashioned and manhattan were perfect compliments to the dinner. Compliments to the chef!
