Best Seafood Restaurants in Forest Hill

It had been too long since we dined at Mac’s! I was exactly as we had remembered! Everything was top-tier! Our server Nolan was perfectly on point! We will not wait long to dine with them again.

My experience was wonderful. I entered in from Main Street via Valet section. Was a bit confused as I was passing through the bar section to a space in the middle where the hostesses are located. There is not a lot of space for people to wait and the hostesses did not tell us where to wait. As soon as we were seated, we didn't like our initial table because the lighting was just too bright; however, Hostess was able to seat us at another table quickly. Then we were greeted by our waiter, Andrew, who then was able to get our evening started on the right foot. From his greeting and compliments of how we looked to providing us the special and ensuring to answer any questions ee had, his service was top notch. He was very attentive and came back several times to refill and check on us. Because of his service, our night went from wonderful to FABULOUS!! Massive Kudos to a phenomenal waiter who knows how to cater to his customers. Food was delicious and adult beverages great!!

It was my sister’s birthday and we had the best dinner and service. Usual to all of the other times. The waiter we had was phenomenal. Very nice evening!

This was my first time there, my husband & I were celebrating our anniversary. Our server Herldo was great & attentive. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the Java Jewel.

Overall super solid and will return. Ken was our waiter, and he (and the rest of the staff) were really great. Thoughts on what we had: ▪️MANGO MEZCALRITA: expensive smoky orange juice ▪️ LUCA PARETTI PROSECCO: really good ▪️ PRETZEL BREAD: super cute and yummy ▪️ TUNA TARTARE: solid and would order again ▪️ CATCH ROLL: loved ▪️ FILET SKEWER: lots of good flavor, might get again ▪️ MEDITERRANEAN BRANZINO: didn’t finish and wouldn’t order again but probably personal taste here. The lemon was strong in the rice and the butter was def present with the fish ▪️ TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI: super yummy, friend said shrimp didn’t add to the dish
