- RRenéLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined todayMaestro’s dinner for our wedding anniversary was fabulous. The service, especially our server / sommelier, was awesome and the food was fantastic. Piano player was a tad louder than we would have liked, but even he performed well. Great experience all around.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - Beverly HillsPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Beverly Hills•4.5
- JJulieLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoFrom the moment we got there they were very attentive and friendly. The head security guard helped us get checked in and made sure we were ok by checking on us. Our server was absolutely great!! This was our first time there and he made sure that he explained everything to us and helped us with everything we needed. The food was AMAZING!! To the flavors and quality of it. The manager even came to our table to make sure we were okey. This first experience will definitely have us coming back for sure. Everyone was very Friendly and the customer service was 5 stars!More infoCatch LAPrice: Expensive• Seafood• West Hollywood•4.6
- TTinikaVIPLos Angeles •24 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCame in for my 44th bday 2/16/25. It was our 1st time dining here and it definitely didn't disappoint. I ordered bone in ribeye, shells&cheese, calamari &shrimp, sauteed spinach and a baked potatoe. Steak cut like butter and was seasoned to perfection!! Everything was delicious.. but let me talk about the complimentary bread! Omg! Buttery soft similar to crescent rolls or buttered croissants. They're phenomenal and dangerous because you won't eat just one. I had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their food and said they'd definitely return. I'll for sure come back😊More infoSteak 48 - Beverly HillsPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Beverly Hills•4.8
- CChristianeVIPLos Angeles •9 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant service is always great from the host to the server as well as the food is always flavorful. On my visit, I was early and stopped by the bar before my dinner reservation. The bar setup was confusing as to where to order a drink with a stanchion setup that looked like it was so people could order a drink and a line on the otherwise where it looked like maybe people were ordering food. The actual bar had about four employees amd none of them looked super busy plus the lady at the cash register who was busy with a line. While I was in line, a guy stepped inside the stanchion and one of the ladies behind the bar helped him which made me think I could get a drink so I stepped over the stanchion only to be ignored by the four bartenders who again did not look busy. Ne of the male bartenders made a comment to the lady bartender who helped the guy that she should not have helped him. Indonesia know if he was a supervisor or co-worker. He had seen me standing at the bar, but chose not to say anything to me even if it was to tell me I could not order there. After being ignored, I stepped back over the stanchion. When I got up to the register, that same male bartender was standing there and I said to the lady at the register that the setup was extremely confusing (the stanchion should not be there in a way that looks like a pathway to go up to the bar especially when the bartenders are not busy). The male bartenders then went back to the lady bartenders who helped the guy at the bar and said something about people getting upset in which she responded "who is getting upset?" I replied, "I am. Though I am not really upset." The male bartenders customer service needs improving. Instead of making comments to the lady bartender, he could have addressed me directly. Does he not see customers as human beings? Why could they not engage from a customer service perspective when they did not look busy. If he is a supervisor, he needs training!More infoPlateiaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Westwood•4.8
- CCarolineVIPLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agofavorite restaurant in the whole of Los Angeles my only Comment is the music techno music in the middle of the day was drowning , yes, but he heard it too loud say him … I did hear a Tony Bennett song in the middle of that so I’m not sure maybe a afternoon crowd at 2 o’clock older. Otherwise, as always food with exceptional service, exceptional tablecloth crisp white , clean . delicious bread great service. And not gouging of prices since the beginning of the year, I appreciate that.More infoBaltairePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Brentwood•4.8
