- MMadisenPhiladelphia County •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSol Mar was wonderful! Definitely packed on Valentine’s Day. The food was good, could’ve used a bit more salt and some more sauce, but was still yummy. Desserts were absolutely delicious and the sangria was to die for! The servers were great and attentive despite the busy night. The atmosphere was very warm and we loved the decor. We will definitely be coming back!More infoSol-MarPrice: Moderate• Portuguese• Newark•4.6
- RRobNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had no plans for Valentines Day (silly me) so I checked Open Table for a local seafood restaurant. I was expecting everything to be booked but there were several available reservations so I took a chance. They did not disappoint. Quiet and cozy is the best way to describe the establishment. I had the Shrimp in garlic sauce as an appetizer and the Codfish potatoes and peppers as an entree. I’m not big on seafood when I eat out but this was the best I’ve had. We will be returning for date nights. A definite hidden gem. PS: I don’t drink but I hear the Sangria is amazing.More infoAllegro Seafood GrillPrice: Moderate• Portuguese• Newark•4.3

- MMattNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 1, 2025Went there on Saturday night with my wife. Was pleasantly surprised, nice venue with a huge bar and it's own parking lot. Excellent service, the food was very good and wasn't overly expensive. I just couldn't figure out why it wasn't very crowded. I'd definitely go back.More infoCampino RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Portuguese• Newark•4.8
