- NNeilyaLos Angeles •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoI recently visited L’appart and while the food and atmosphere were excellent, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of our waitress. The dishes we ordered were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, the service left much to be desired. The waitress was curt, dismissive, and seemed irritated whenever we asked for assistance. It felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. While I would love to return for the food and atmosphere, the poor service makes me hesitate. A little more courtesy and professionalism from the staff would go a long way in elevating the overall experience. I hope the management takes note, as this restaurant has so much potential. I visited this restaurant 3 times before and I never had problems with the attitude but this time after their renovation, they hired a new staff and this time I didn’t feel welcomed.More infoL’APPARTPrice: Moderate• Contemporary French• Downtown•4.6

The waiters are very attentive and knowledgeable on the food. Wait time is very minimal without a reservation. - JjamesVIPLos Angeles •19 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 3, 2025First time at Mozza Pizzeria and loved it! The pizzeria is the more casual side while the osteria is the more upscale side of Mozza. Service was top notch and food was very good. Had the tricolor salad, very tasty, and the Margarita pizza, which was good - although, I personally prefer the $19 Margarita pizza at 800 Degrees better or the pizza at Pizzeria Bianco. The mocktail was good as was the sorbet for dessert. We went at the end of the evening and the manager graciously allowed us to stay and talk for almost an hour while they were cleaning up so absolutely loved the customer service!!!!More infoPizzeria MozzaPrice: Expensive• Pizzeria• Hollywood•4.7
