Safina Restaurant & Bar features modern, Mediterranean inspired, healthy cuisine. It will have seating to accommodate up to 155 guests, including a private dining area which can seat up to 18 and a full service bar. Safina is about celebrating the diversity of the Mediterranean through inspired and refined food that is thoughtfully prepared to emphasize the true flavors and the quality of the ingredients of the region.Seafarers ruled the Mediterranean bringing riches to empires. Coastal towns established fame for luxuries and for mercantilism that continue to exist to today. Without seafaring vessels, this would not have been possible. It is the simple invention of boats and ships that created the bounty of the Mediterranean and it is there we find inspiration in our name, Safina. Safina is Lebanese for “boat.” Beautifully humble in its simplicity, confidently assured in its purpose. This mix of humbleness and confidence is found in our food, service, and experience

For our first time at Októ, we had a great time. Our server, Eelon, was jovial and knowledgeable about the menu and the components of our meal. Every dish had several components that added its unique flavors. It was a great choice for our Christmas Eve dinner.

We had an excellent meal. Our goal was great food and service at "someplace new" and we scored! The meal was excellent, all of us had a little something different although we shared some apps. Our waiter was on top of everything and the restaurant was very nicely decorated for the holidays.

Dining at March is an unforgettable journey through the art of gastronomy. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a refined ambiance that balances elegance with warmth, setting the tone for the evening. The service is impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff’s deep knowledge of the tasting menu is evident. The tasting menu is a revelation, each dish a meticulously crafted masterpiece. The flavors are bold yet harmonious, showcasing both technique and creativity. The genius lies in how the story unfolds, starting with a specific region and its historical cuisine, then elevating those ingredients to new heights. Each course arrives like a work of art, beautifully plated and bursting with intricate flavors that evolve with every bite. The wine pairing is just as carefully curated, with each selection enhancing the dishes in a way that elevates the entire experience. Every detail, from the presentation to the final note of dessert, is handled with precision and care. I love this place and look forward to coming back next season.
