Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Emigration Canyon

This was easily the best meal we have had in Park City. The restaurant is a great place for families as it serves complex "adult" food as well as interesting pizza and pasta choices.

The Food and Service were both excellent, and it has a nice wine list.

Our waiter, Hyrum, was terrific and pointed to some great choices for our dining companions who had not previously dined at Caffe Molise. Food was great and the service warmly efficient without interrupting our lively conversation. It was our first time ever to be seated upstairs, which has much to recommend it. Much quieter than the main dining room, even though it seems to be mainly reserved for large parties. We’ll request in the future.

Eva’s was a great place to meet friends and enjoy a variety of shared plates. There is something very convivial about shared dishes, wine, and rounds discussing what to order next. Food was very good, we found an interesting bottle to share on their well-curated list, and the service team did a good job of pacing what were eventually a dozen dishes we ordered. Good time. We’ll do it again.
